I like to start off by saying that as an incoming freshman at The Ohio State University you probably will be enrolled into some English 110 class. However, do not freak out because this class is not all that bad. Yes papers have to be written and other writing assignments are done throughout the year, but none of these papers are really that bad. The papers that a student has to write are very time consuming but they let you know when the are due and they give you plenty of time to write these papers. For example, the big analytical paper that you have to write is very time consuming and last about half the class. However, the class does a nice job breaking down the paper into parts making the paper not as intimating as it sounds at the beginning.
I Also liked the class size of this class is really small about 20 people. This is nice because as a student you are force to get involved in class discussions. So as a student you open up and when a student opens up that helps them to become a better writer. All in all english 110 is not all that bad of a class and as a former student of the class i learned a lot from the class.
